Rooms & prices
All prices refer to the accommodation price per room and per night. Prices include the overnight stay, our breakfast buffet, 7 % sales tax, one bottle of mineral water and free internet access.
Breakfast
We serve a variety of breakfast from 6 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. at our breakfast buffet.
Parking
You can use the TIEFGARAGE KÖNIGSTRASSE for € 12 per night.
Arrival and departure
Arrival from 3 p.m. on, departure until 11 a.m.
Cancellation
reservation up to 48 hours before arrival is free of charge unless the room rate is agreed in a separate reservation contract including special cancellation clauses. In case of cancellation of less than 2 days we reserve the right to charge you 90% of the agreed accommodation fee. The same applies in case of late arrival or early departure.
Billing
We prefer payment of your invoice in cash or debit card. We also accept all major credit cards. In case of presenting a confirmation of cost coverage, we'll be glad to send the invoice to your company directly.
Valuables
We are liable for valuables according to §§ 701 ff. BGB (Civil Code).

Children
Our little guests until the age of three years are free of charge in their parents' bed.
We'll be happy to put a cot in your room for a fee of € 10 per night.
From 3 years we charge € 8.50 per child for our breakfast buffet. From 3 years we charge € 25 per person in a extra bed including breakfast.
